A record when it matters
When a question comes up about a tree, there is a dated record of what was observed and what was done. That record cannot be created after the fact.
What Belongs in the Record
The test is maintenance, not size. Every tree in an area your property manages that will need attention at some point is recorded, including a modest tree over a walkway. A large tree in a preserve or wetland that will never be managed is left out, because no plan will ever call for work there.

How the Program Works
Tree Asset Intelligence is included with a Ken's Tree Service annual tree program. The program is the tree work your property needs each year, performed by our crews.
Getting Started
1. Request your property map
Tell us which property. We produce the first map without a site visit, so there is nothing to schedule and nothing to disrupt. It shows the property boundary, the building footprints and every managed tree, with a tree count.
2. Talk it through
Review the map with Forest, our Property Intelligence Specialist, by email. When you're ready, we prepare a written proposal for your property's annual program.
3. Begin the program
Once your annual program agreement is in place, our qualified arborists walk the property and record the condition of every tree. That turns the map into your management plan.
